Here you will learn about ways athletes think that can get them stuck instead of improving at their sport. Bite-sized animated videos will help explain step-by-step how to overcome negative thinking, develop personalized self-talk, build confidence, and direct your thoughts to work for you instead of against you! The last module is just for parents, so they know the best ways to support you at the age and stage you're at!
